Lost or stolen cards
If you opened or converted your existing Added Value Account after 24 March 2012 Sentinel® Card Protection will not offer cover against unauthorised and fraudulent use of cards.

If you are the victim of card fraud you should be covered by the bank who issued your card. The level of fraud cover may differ between card issuers so if in doubt you should contact your card issuer directly

If you opened or converted your existing Added Value Account before 24 March 2012 in addition to your statutory rights Sentinel® Card Protection provides cover in the event that your lost or stolen cards are used fraudulently
