The way you access your Lloyds Bank Added Value Account benefits online has changed. We gave you details of this change in the letter that we sent to you last year.

Instead of visiting this website to manage Sentinel® Card Protection or IDAware (Premier customers only), you can now do so from one easy-to-manage place – Lloyds Bank Internet Banking. Once securely logged on to Lloyds Bank Internet Banking, you'll no longer need to use separate sign in details to manage each of these benefits online.

You will need to be registered for Lloyds Bank Internet Banking to use this feature and take care of your benefits online, because direct access to this website has closed. All of your previous details are still securely held, we have only changed the way you access this information.
